1.create a blog or website
2. post many ideas in your website
3.your post showld be legal and not adult content
4.next sign in with your gmail id from http://www.blogspot.com/
5.your dashboard will open
6.from the dashboard select layout , and select add a gadget
6.select adsense gadget and click ok
7.open your gmail inbox , now open the google message and fill the form
7.now you shoud wait for 2-3 days for your application to get approved
